Amazon Hub Locker

Locker is a secure, self-service kiosk where you can pick up your Amazon parcels when it’s convenient for you. Lockers are located at supermarkets, convenience stores, banks and other nearby locations.

Amazon Hub Counter

Counter is an assisted pickup service for your Amazon parcels. You can pick up your parcels from nearby retail locations like convenience stores and petrol stations, adding more choice and convenience for you.

After receiving your pickup barcode, go to the Locker or Counter location and collect your parcel.

What is Amazon Hub?
Amazon Hub is a worldwide network of secure pickup locations for your Amazon parcels. Instead of choosing home delivery when you order, you can ship to a nearby Amazon Locker or Counter location and pick up your Amazon order when it’s convenient for you.

What is the difference between Locker and Counter?
Lockers are self-service kiosks where you can pick up your Amazon parcels. Some Locker locations are accessible 24 hours a day, so you can pick up your parcel anytime. Counter provides an assisted pickup option inside retail locations such as pharmacies, convenience stores or supermarkets, where you can pick up your Amazon parcels from a store associate.

Is there a cost to use Amazon Hub?
There is no charge for Amazon Prime members when using Locker or Counter. If you're not an Amazon Prime member, delivery charges may apply.
How do I place an order and pick up from Amazon Hub Locker or Counter?
There are two ways to select an Amazon Hub location: 1) Enter an address, post code or landmark in the search field above to find a location near you and add it to your address book. 2) Search for a location under the shipping address section at checkout.

When you’re ready to place an order, select the Amazon Hub location as your shipping address. Once your parcel has been delivered, we will send you a confirmation email with a barcode. Simply visit your selected Locker or Counter to pick up your parcel. Once you arrive, have your pickup confirmation email with the barcode ready. At Locker, you will scan the barcode yourself; at Counter the store assistant will scan it before handing you your parcel. There’s no need to present an ID when you pick up.

Can I return items to an Amazon Hub Locker or Counter?
No, currently it is not possible to return your parcels using Amazon Hub.

How long do I have to pick up my Amazon Hub Locker or Counter parcel?
You have 3 calendar days to pick up your parcel from a Locker and 7 calendar days to pick up your parcel from a Counter. If you're not able to pick up your parcel within this time frame, we’ll automatically return it for you and send you a refund.
Are there any restrictions on items than can be delivered to an Amazon Hub Locker or Counter?
Most items sold by Amazon are eligible for delivery to an Amazon Hub location. There are some specific limitations on items that require special handling, exceed weight or size limitations or contain hazardous materials. A full list of eligibility guidelines is available here. During checkout any ineligible items will be flagged and you will not be able to select Amazon Hub for pick up of these items.

Can I have someone else pick up my Amazon Hub Locker or Counter parcel?
Yes. If you want someone else to pick up your parcel from a Locker or Counter, simply forward the pickup confirmation email with the barcode to that person.
