This is a fairly firm massage and does the trick. Really good value for the price.
The neck component didn't work that well for me though. I assume the manufacturers have to set the rollers a certain distance apart and if your neck doesn't suit that distance (I'm fairly slim), then the amount of contact with the massager is limited.
It's nevertheless still a good purchase at the price.
