I purchased this product and found on receiving it, to be poorer than expected quality. Immediate impression: the end phone mount was wobbly and unstable. I discovered the main connection point between the phone bracket and the tripod extension poles to be a bad fit with a small gap which allowed free-play movement of my iPhone 11 or GoPro. I used the product for a bit over a 1 week, then the end snapped off completely and my phone fell to the ground damaging it.
