I have only just started following this meditation book and so far so good. I have never practiced it before. I believe it is a good book for beginners. There are so many ways to practice! I always look forward to try a new one. It is only new for me and it is already working progressively. I feel more positive and less stressed. Highly recommended! If you combined this book and Awaken from the same writer Karen Wilson, the impact in your lifestyle will be effective.
