I bought it for my husband, he has Ankylosis Spondolisis and had been suffering for a while from chest pains due to the constricted movement in his back ribs. It worked perfectly for him - he says he would highly recommend it for anyone with back issues, especially costrochondritis and Ankylosis Spondolisis. – He was substantially better after using it on the first day. The pain completely went away after the third use.
It is a great product to use to open up your chest area. He says he will be using it constantly as part of his AS regimen.
