Customer Review

There were some really interesting points in this book and a few things that really spoke to me. Nothing revolutionary but still interesting and good points. There was also so much arrogance and wankery (That's the technical term for it). Examples of this wankery are:
- The bit at the start called "praise for the book" which really sets the tone
- The multiple times the author picks himself as an example to examine ('When I wrote my first book, I never imagined it would turn into a multi million dollar company...')
- The tone of everyone else in the fitness industry is a scam, useless etc. While I'm sure there are lots of frauds out there, the author is not the sole voice of reason in the industry.
Overall, while the wankery doesn't overwhelm the good points, it irritated me so much I ended up skipping chapters because I did not buy this book to spend my time listening to the author tell me how great he is.
