I have to say bayou and Phoebe wasn't what I expected, the blurb was a little misleading but it only added to the excitement and I enjoyed every minute of this book. Usually you're watching one of the main characters fighting the chemistry or breaking up during the story. This story? Yeah they fight their attraction but it's a story of real unconditional love and complete acceptance. I have loved every single book by LLV but this one really and truly does take the cake. It's fast paced but acceptable as the characters have history. Brielle is a wild card and I'm a little disappointed that you don't get to see more of her or what happens to change her in the epilogue. I cannot wait for the next book.
