Sarah Noffke and Michael Anderle have done it again with Book 10 "The Unlikely Heroes" with an all out success with the Liv Beaufont series. This grand experience we see Liv getting closer to finding the rightful balance needed for the House of Fourteen with success of locating two of the seven required mortal families, but not without the usual dramas. Again Rudolph, King of the Fae would have to be one of the standout characters Liv has to deal with, whilst taking on ... yes pirates of all things! I simply love the humour these two authors inject into not only the storylines but the characters and their dialogue, especially so with Rudolph's ideas of how pregnancy occurs. Liv Beaufont, our heroine may have started off quite alienated from the magical world and people in general, but she is truly a gem of resiliency and devotion, that deserves goodness to win. But that is what we need to wait and see if it happens in the next instalment.
Liv is determined to find the Mortal Seven and is succeeding. We are swept up in her quest to right a great wrong, laughing at her snarky humour and applauding her for fighting for good. I’m loving the journey, and cannot wait for the next book. Who is the next Mortal Seven to be found???
