I've had these for over a week now, been using them daily. The battery life is pretty good, I don't really use them for more than an hour a day but have only charged them up once so far. The audio quality is crisp, my personal preference is for a little more mid to base tuning. I played some lossless FLAC files to test the quality, and I was impressed, particularly for the price point of the product. I'd say I'm happy but my wife took them (stole them actually) so I'll probably buy a different brand next time to compare with these. But I would definitely buy these again they really sound fantastic.
These little earbuds packed a big punch, I put them through the full test of every style of music (well almost) and loved the clear crisp sound of the highs and the thumping powerful base tones (vocals and mids came through really good too). They were comfy in the ear and super easy to set up. The multifunction button on the buds can pause and play music, answer calls and turn on/off device and are also used to pair to other devices. The case doubles as a charger and is a neat feature, the only problem with the case is that it has no lid, and dust will get in their over time (so you will need to dust regularly or cover with something, I used an old glasses cloth draw string bag to make sure they will last for a long time. Overall, good quality and great value for money.
I've been using these products for a good few days now and I am definitely sold on the quality and craftsmanship. Right out you get a solid charging carry case that fits snugly in your pocket, 2 earbuds, some different sized rubbers and a charge cable. The buds themselves are a perfect universal size so i replaced the rubbers with some foam ones I had lying around which you can purchase for quite cheap online. The wireless buds work as they should, be it in mono or stereo or on different devices so you wish. The sound is what surprised me the most, at this pricepoint i was only prepared to listen to podcasts but trying music I was quote surprised and estatic that these sound beautiful with any song I play, be it dance, acoustic, vocal, jazzy it comes out nicely through the wireless buds.
The more i listen to these, the more they are growing on me. I have absolutely no problems with using these for more longer sessions but at the moment they are going to serve their purpose as my daily commuter ear buds, retiring my old headphones that came with my phone. Its a bit of a no brainer to recommend them, especially at this price.
Context: I bought these to listen to podcasts during train commute
Sound quality: 8 / 10. There are no issues in the way it handles voice and bass Good quality calls both on phone or WhatsApp Does cancel out most of the train hum
At the beginning of a whatsapp call, the other person can't hear me. It becomes normal after few seconds When a group is talking in high frequency near you, your voice is a little faint on the other side of the call
Comfort and fit: 9/10 Absolutely clean and neat fit No falling off your ears Strong magnets so that you don't lose them easily.
Functional: 7/10 Very convenient and useful charging unit Pause and Play on the buds are very nice Too easy to press these by mistake Sometimes connection to the other earbud fails Connecting to a laptop is not smooth if you bring it back to the phone
I just received these and first impression was very good. I was a bit unsure how well $40 buds could be, but based on the over whelming positive reviews, I thought for $40 you cant go wrong. So far so good! The silicone tips make for a good tight/ comfortable fit, and there are other sizes for the odd sized ears.. (I was ok with the standard medium size) Nice small compact design in the ear which I prefer over the like of the Apple airpods style. Quality of the sound is very good for the price: have compared with the $140 Kogan buds and was just as good, if not better, probably a bit more bass which I like. Pairing & start up a breeze and anyone could do this. Only negative I can find at the moment is they seemed kind of difficult/ fiddly to remove from the charging case; if you do it the wrong way! After a few attempts, I found there is a right & wrong way to do it. (not mentioned in the instructions) Hopefully they last longer than the warranty period and have a reasonable life expectancy, but overall for the price these are excellent value for money.
I was on the market for some portable wireless earphones that also has a mic which can detect my voice when I am on call. This earphone ticks all my boxes at a very affordable price. + This earphone provided some serious amount of clear bass. + The charging port that they come in is compact and connect to the earbuds magnetically thus can be stored in your bags. + Pairing the earphones is quick and simple. + Surprisingly, according to my mates, the mic on the earphones is quite clear. You can definitely make calls with the earphones. + The buttons on the earphones are simple and hassle-free. You can do basic functions such as pausing/ playing music and skip songs. However, you can not change the volume but that can be easily managed on the phone. + The earphones come in a few ear tips sizes so that you can get the perfect seal. I find the one they come with fits me perfectly -- they block out a lot of background noise.
All this for the price is definitely a bargain!! Would definitely recommend :D
Have these headphones for almost a week now and pretty happy with them. They come with replaceable earphone tips that will suit to everyone and the carry/recharge case. However the cover for the carry case would be useful. The sound quality is a bit compressed but much better from you would expect from so cheap pair. The battery holds the charge pretty good and the charge time is fairly short. However there are some things that could be improved: 1) Fitting the headphones can take a challenge due to big and soft buttons as I often click on them while trying to fit the headphones. Smaller button would be more helpful. 2) dropouts happen quite often if the phone is kept in the left pocket and I turn the head right. 3) during the calls, people on the other side complain on loud voices from surrounding. Unidirectional microphone will most likely fix the issue 4) It's hard to distinguish which is the left and right headphones. As right one is the main and the marking is on the back of the headphone, it is very easy to pick up left one leaving you without connection and confused...
Overall, it is very good bet and you get much more for the price you pay. Especially with the 12 months warranty.
There are things that I considered when writing this review about SoundPEATS TrueFree+ wireless earbuds. 1. Sound Quality - Comparing it with other budget-friendly earbuds, these does sound better than the others. It may not be the greatest quality but for the price, it is worth it. 2. Battery Life - It lasts exactly as advertised, having a total of 35 hours playtime is definitely a good catch especially for people who listens for a long time. 3. Comfortability - The earbuds are small which made them really comfortable in the ears especially when used for a long time. Pairing them for the first time is really easy. After that, get the earbuds out, wear them and they pair automatically. Another thing that I really liked is that you can use only one hand to get the earbuds out and wear them which is a total plus.
Overall, it is definitely a good catch for its price.
