I’m still coming to terms with this book and I’ve read half of it again trying to understand my feelings and get them into words.
After part 1, I was left with soo many questions I was almost angry, simply because Amo set the scene and has many plot lines that intercept, but she didn’t give any answers. This book I was hoping to be all answers, in which 90% is and the other 10% is setting things up for other books.
For the first third of this book I was in emotional turmoil. The Kings still had their secrets and other storyline’s were progressing, except for the revelation from the end of part 1. And then BAM, she gets you, and you’re left feeling lost and broken, just as Nate and Tillie are. These two were so lost from the events of part 1 but they did their best to cope and survive. It’s not until the end that Nate really shows his heart to Tillie, and that part made me tear up.
Tillie really showed her strength in this book and why she’s able to play with the Kings- I mean it wasn’t just because Nate didn’t want to let her out of his site. I loved her friendship with Brantley too and I loved that that friendship surprises Tillie also. They have an interesting dynamic and create the best banter throughout the novel.
I was an emotional wreck by the end of this book. I love the unpredictability of Amo’s writing. She gets me riled up, crying or laughing without seemingly trying hard at all.
WHATTTTTTTTTTTT?! Wow, what a conclusion to this duet! I am shook! Going into this book I was not ready for what I found, I really expected something, but in true Amo Jones fashion, the twist and turns shocked me! I can not believe that this happened. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time reading this book, I only put my kindle down when I had to "adult", every other time my kindle was attached to me!
I don't want to write a big review only to accidently give away something. All I have to say is this is a MUST READ if you love dark, twisted romances. This book deserves a standing ovation and I for one am SO glad I found Amo Jones and her brilliant mind. All bow down to our dark queen! One of my top reads for 2019 for sure.
This book was beyond amazing! My dark 🖤 is singing and I adored everything about this book. Amo writes dark like not many others and I cant get enough. This story was everything I had hoped for and more for Nate and Tille. This book has so many twists and turns and the tension and angst is off the charts. Tillie is so resilient and the strength she possesses is beyond everything. I still can't decide whether I would take Nate forever or murder him lol
Amo you are the queen 👑 damn you rock! These boys and beautiful strong amazing chicks damn love being in their world thank you. 100 stars to your writing such mad skills the angst and love and betrayal, strength and craziness and power of the mind and heart and arrrrg you never disappoint this was amazing and powerful these books you are the bomb. Everyone read all Amo books. Your world will be rocked to the core.
Malum Part 1 messed with my brain in a big way with so so many questions. I was worried going into Part 2 but this book SLAYED me, in the best kind of ways. There was definitely a few pauses, internal screams and threats of bodily harm to a few of the characters. I loved every twist and turn. Amo you are the furthest thing from predictable and I love that about your writing and this series. So invested in these characters. I have loved the rollercoaster that is Nate and Tillie and can't wait to see what happens next with the Kings, their Queens and the new characters we have been introduced to in this book. Ready for a re-read already.
This book ripped me apart, blow my heart and mind to pieces then built me back together again. This book as with all All's books. I have never read books like Amos, they take you on such a journey that everyone leaves it's imprint on you. This book was no different, I would highly recommend this series, each book beats the last, but they all remain epic in their own right.
Fantastically written, as always. Nate finally gets a clue and perhaps learns from Bishop's mistakes with Maddison. He makes Tillie feel. Love them together. Bishop and Madison though are killing me. I hate this story change. After learning what happened to her all the guys disappointed me. She use to be their everything too. I hope in future books this is repaired.
Girlllll! When you start to read a Amo Jones book.....you know your in trouble when you start to read it, negotiatiate one more chapter, then another then convince you can survive work on 5 hours of sleep....the alarm goes and your reading instead of getting ready for work....reading on your break...come home.....finally finish it then wonder...madi?........Who dat?....when did that happen?...Then convince your self you've missed something....and think fug it Il start back at silver swan..........Amo Jones is that chick.... I can't tell you what to expect.... you have just to invest xxx fakaaue lahi xx
Another amazing installment in the elite kings books. After everything Tillie and Nate have been through I am so glad that things have stabilised. Still so many questions needing answers but I am looking forward to seeing where the twists in the plot will go next. Love the series. Keep them coming Ms Jones.
