After reading Super Human, I had to independently research as much as I could, to see if I could verify the information Dave provided in this book. I found it hard to believe that there was so much knowledge around these products and technologies, but most of us were being kept in the dark. So far, everything I've researched has backed up the information in the book, which blows my mind! There's so much information, I couldn't possibly take it all in 1 read, so I've bought the audio version and the Kindle, and I'm on my 3rd read now, as well as searching the Kindle version whenever I have a question on a supplement etc. Compulsory reading for anyone who wants to limit the effects of aging, and maximise their older years (the number and quality of those years).
I thought this would be a difficult read but Dave Asprey has made some difficult material easy to read and understand. I especially like his chapter summations which provided the highlights of key info that could be highlighted and referred back to. I also liked how Dave put all the options out there and made it clear that you only need to adopt a few basic habits to get you going. Well worth the time required to enjoy the material presented in this book!!
Dave has really opened my eyes to all sorts of possibilities for me to have great health at any age. His Brain Octane and Bulletproof coffee have been part of my schedule for several years and now I have started experimenting with some of the hacks in the book - very interesting.
Well worth the read. I also purchased the audible book because I was about to board a long flight. So much useful information in this book. I'll definitely adopt several of Dave's longevity recommendations.
