I love sous vide cooking; I have an ANOVA, AUCMA and now The WANCLE. All three machines do the job they're made for but the Wancle has emerged as my favourite because of the simplicity of operation. The trigger operated clip is easy to use and most importantly setting temperatures and times could not be easier.
Liked the ease of use, operating instructions could have been a little clearer though. I first saw this in use by my nephew in Greece at the Boutique hotel the family run there, and I was amazed at what delights he could conjure up for the guests. Used it the first time to do some delicious chicken breasts. Yummy!
Bought this item for work and although it works perfectly, it gets one star less because I have not been able to receive a tax invoice showing the GST amount paid and therefore had problems to get this item reimbursed.
