There could be nothing worse right? But in this case what is more difficult is that there has been no report made on a missing child so how are the police meant to find the child’s parents to give them the most devastating news that their child is dead!
But how did the child die?
When it is determined that it was murder Detective Chief Inspector Jude Satterthwaite and the newly recruited Detective Sergeant Ashleigh O’Halloran and the rest of the team have their work cut out for them in catching the killer before they can strike again.
What follows is a story of revenge and the lengths that a person will go to when they have been made a fool of.
This is the first book I have read from Jo and is the first in a new seriesI which I really enjoyed. It was well written and kept me enthralled throughout. I liked the characters and the descriptions of the scenery and look forward to this series development with I hope many more books to come.
