Found it boring
28 February 2019
I'm sorry I dnt like to give dumb reviews but this book just dragged on and on. I really liked the storyline, Zara is a 911 phone operator and she has a small group of friends. She receives a call from a 5yr old boy and ends up getting emotionally evolved with the case. She also meets Pasha who is a gypsy, traveller, Roma. And he just happens to be in line to become king but doesn't want anything to do with it. Both Zara and Pasha have also been dreaming of each other for yrs, while Zara doesn't believe in that kind of thing it seems they must be destined to be together. 1 night the payphone outside zaras building starts to ring and continues to ring until a few days later when she decides to answer it.
Now this is what caught my attention to read this book, thinking wow this sounds really good I just have to read it. But unfortunately I think there is too much focus on the feelings of both Zara and pasha, and it seems like things are repeated over and over but reworded differently, I started getting bored because I really wanted to know what was happening but the story seemed like it was never going to give me any answers but he was focusing on how Zara was feeling, or how pasha was feeling. It was really annoying. I still want to know what's happening but I dnt think I can handle reading the rest to find out, not sure if it's worth it
