Finding out which foods or fluids are healthy enough for the human body to accept without violent protest from this doctor's discoveries - has been a great learning experience, not because of the best food choices he believes give you strong health, it's because of the method or action that he takes to find out which foods are best and why. It's something that doctors do not say or advise patients who suffer ill health. It is important to find out which foods or fluids that can cause the digestive system to reject food violently, simply because there are irritating chemicals like gluten in wheat that damage the digestive system over time. My personal advice is to stop consuming the food for 2 weeks and then go back and start consuming the food again to find out if your digestive system would reject it violently. Fruit cannot be blamed if it is part of your daily diet. The human body will protest violently until you consume enough fruit antioxidants. Fruit antioxidants are the highest quality and so unique they are not found in grains or vegetables. Fruit is is easily digestible and the body does not have to work hard with so much energy to break down solid food - the hard work is either done by a food processor or manufacturer. Fruit/ fruit juice is an excellent alternative natural treatment with no damaging side effects compared to vaccines, medical drugs or chemotherapy.
Needs a condensed version aimed at someone with an IQ of 90-100. Like a Cook (Not that all Cooks are Dull !)
Never mind the proof, the research, the references.
Write it in general concepts people understand and Simple Charts of Food the can be used in Ingredients.
I am a Mensa member, admittedly in IT & Quantity Surveying, but I still do not understand what "Angiogenesis" Is (Too Many Vessels or Too Few) and certainly when it comes to your Do's and Don'ts Food Lists for Angiogenesis. Very Confused at the Table.
Gerard Mullin MD, Gastroenterologist at Bloomberg Hopkins Medical School, in the book "Gut Balance Revolution" has Food Lists which Say "Favour" "Few" "Forget" . You can eat "All You Want in Favour" , "Some in Few" and "None in Forget". Anyone can understand that. Dr William Li should talk to him and maybe they should work together. Dr Mullin's approach is Fixing Dysbiosis - getting your bacterial inhabitants in balance - it works.
Dr William Li, excellent book. Now go and talk to Cooks in Commercial / Hospital Kitchens that prepare food for hundreds of people 3 times a day. These people are no fools - Listen - Spend a Shift in the Kitchen - Dumb Your Brain Down for a little bit. Challenge some high school students to think about a simple way to communicate the ideas. There will be a solution.
Maybe concentrate on the Statistically most Significant Health Problems and Explicitly list the ingredients to help them. Leave the rarer helth problems in your book.
Probably will Result in Charts that can go on a Kitchen Wall. Get the Layout Simple.
I challenge you Dr William Li to really use your brain. A couple of others have tried, I bought their books, Not impressed !
A fantastic book -full of new and interesting information backed by solid research. Every home should have a copy. An ideal Christmas gift too - I'm certainly getting copies for each of my adult children. If nothing else the concept of beer (all be it in limited quantities) as a health food should go down well! Seriously tho' - this book could be a life saver and is a "must read" for everyone!
