The VibroSlim that I received was faulty. It was quite expensive, but clearly not functional. It only worked intermittently. Whether I was using a 10 minute program or the basic 15 minute default setting, it would often switch itself off after only 1-2 minutes as if a safety switch had been triggered.
I tried moving it to another room, with a different floor surface, but after a few days it started switching off prematurely again. I was afraid it was a fire hazard after it did this over several days. So I stopped using it, because it was so frustrating and I was afraid it would burst into flame with me on it.
When it worked it was very good, and I enjoyed it, but I always allowed it to cool down for several hours between uses.
So it was just not fit for the purpose I bought it for, and I have lodged a claim for a refund. I advised of the problem through a review, which was acknowledged by Amazon.com.au but they indicated that the seller would contact me directly with a return label. That has not happened, so I have lodged a claim for a full refund. I want to return it, as it is quite heavy and it is in my way.
I have bought a different machine from another supplier.
