Picked up an old Bundy resonite clarinet for my daughter that needed pads, cork and a really good cleaning. This kit has all of the right pads in all of the right sizes. It is easy enough to do this yourself, and save $300 bucks. Just lay them out with the horn and note where each is going, and that you have them all in the right sizes. No, they are not adhesive backed. I wouldn't trust a set that was. You don't need anything fancy either. A small dab of E6000 will do, as they pop in very tight on my Bundy, and if need be, can be removed easily. Unlike the old glue. I suggest warming the pad cup, pulling the old pad off, and using a toothpick or popsicle stick to scrape the old glue out. The cork strips are quite a bit thinner than the originals, but are a perfect fit for the middle body tenon as it is smaller. Luckily that is the only one mine needed replacing. The rest of the corks can be cut and used to replace the key bumpers. If you need to replace the other cork remind, try a hobby or craft store for thin cork sheets that you can cut to fit. I can't speak for other horns, but if you have one of the plastic Bundy Resonite clarinets, this kit is a good fit. The hardest part was removing the screws and remembering where everything goes. Take lots of pictures and you will be fine. I am ordering this again just to have spares on hand. Definitely recommend.
