WHAT A GORGEOUS STORY 5+ STARS
16 April 2019
The final book in the 'Laws of Physics' series, 'Time' is a slow-burn gem. The story is full of 'Reidisms' . . . all clever, quirky, fuzzy and insightful. Penny's writing is outstanding, warm, real and funny (including rich characterisation). Book 3 addresses all the issues raised in the previous books, so it ends on a beautiful and emotional note (a fair bit of sizzle, too).
Mona and Abram are perfectly flawed and totally loveable. Their circumstances are challenging - opening with a genius scientist in Geneva and a steamy, hot, rock star on tour. Yet, despite it all, they truly love one another and ache for each other's company. They are both delightfully principled, unselfish, responsible and concerned for each other's wellbeing. Physically, the are sensual, passionate and breathless. Complete love! A beautiful trope! Congratulations Penny on a magical series.
