Striking looks, very comfortable shape and amazing packaging

I bought these as an anniversary gift for my wife, as me being greedy already own 2 pairs (other brands). The first thing that hits you when you open the packet is the actual presentation and packaging - it is amazing - Apple like. Nest is the striking looks of the buds, definitely the best looking of all the sets we own. The pairing setup was ok but not great, but we got there eventually - this would be my criticism they were a bit touchy to set up. The actual sound quality is great though and they pair up ok now they've been initially set up.

Waste of money

The external portion is so large and heavy that it constantly falls out of my ears. Also has bad stereo time alignment with sufficient delay in left to right signal that phone conversations are distracting and unpleasant. This was a mistake to buy

The earbuds are not that comfortable as they are supposed to be (as per the description) and During calls, the quality is very poor; overall the product is nice with good design and music quality. The charging case I got is not up to the mark as when I open it, the lid becomes shaky and gives a feeling of coming out.
