Check out the video I've posted with the pictures to see this camera in action. Below is some notes on the different uses of the camera I have tried and my comments refer to the video review posted and attached .
CAMERA USE - BIKE ATTACHMENT: The first two scenes are shot using the action camera attached directly to the handlebars of my mountain bike (with a combination of the supplied attachments), there was a lot of vibration in these shots due to my bike and mounting technique (the sound in the video is directly from the cameras mike and it picks up the sound of me changing gears and the hum of my tyres spinning. In the massive pack of attachments that came with the camera there was a variety of good quality straps that in hindsight I could have used to attach the camera to the helmet and would have reduced the amount of vibration.
CAMERA USE - TRIPOD: In the video you will see the use of the camera where I attached it to a tripod stand (attachments came with the included camera kit) and panned to follow my mate backflipping and diving into the ocean.
CAMERA USE - Selfie: I was holding the camera by hand (I don't have a selfie stick yet) as I 'cannon balled (jumped in) into the ocean from a height of 3-4m off the jetty and went underwater with the camera, Awesome! The camera performed well underwater with HD clarity and caught the detail of the bubbles and what the experience was like for me underwater (looks awesome on the big screen).
CAMERA USE - Underwater: In the video you will see the footage from underwater on the bottom of the seabed 6m below the surface, this was shot on an overcast day at 6:30pm and not a lot of light shinning at the time, but you can see in the footage that the camera performed really well underwater. This footage is taken in real sea water (and not in a fish tank), you can see the rich green colour of the light refracting off the seaweed through the water and capturing the experience as it happened. Unfortunately, their were not any fish around at the time (thanks to my mates repeatedly jumping in the water and scaring them off)
CAMERA USE - mix between above and below water: You will see the footage of me diving in from the jetty and then my landing in the water and then my mate moves the camera under water to capture my descent and ascent from the water. The camera captured this like a dream! Beautiful! I never thought this would be possible for an amateur like me to get this type of footage on a very low budget.
CAMERA USE - WIFI MODE: This little camera has been absolutely fantastic, on the day I filmed the video, I captured 1 hour of footage and spent 30min reviewing the footage on my large screen phone via the WIFI mode on the camera and the APP which came with the camera (download). It was great for seeing the footage, to review and target what else you may need to capture before finishing the project.
BATTERY LIFE: All up the battery lasted about an hour and a half to two hours of continued use. The camera came with two batteries, so theoretically you could have both charged up and continue shooting film for 3 to 4 hours.
WATER PROOF: The camera when covered in the supplied waterproof case did not leak at all! It was 100% waterproof and was no sign of fault at 6m under water (that's how deep I took it). I did notice however that the cover started to fog up after 30min. (which can be seen in the video at some points). I am sure there is a simple solution to combat this, but I am yet to experiment with it.
VIDEO QUALITY: Excellent!
SOUND QUALITY: Poor - but I did not get this camera to record audio, just action video. If you wanted to do something more professional with the footage, you would want to use another device to record audio.
USER MANUAL: very ordinary, with no explanation of how to use the accessories.
INCLUDED REMOTE CONTROL: I did not see a need for this for my usage, however others may find this helpful to start recordings if you are doing it alone.
ACCESSORIES: Excellent! - came with lots of accessories including mounts, ties and bits for every occasion. I found some helpful info on the internet on how to connect up the accessories and am impressed with the comprehensiveness of the package that came with the camera.
OVERALL: I love this camera, I would highly recommend this product, as it is exceptionally good value for money, great quality and comes with all the bits and pieces you need to do your filming projects. I've got a new hobby now!

Quality product in reasonable price tag. It’s really light in weight, so there’s no issue carrying it. It’s came with variety of accessories for cycle, helmet, car and even for Tripod stand which is awesome. It came with extra battery as well so no need to worry about charge while going for a trip. Basically all the functions are straightforward and once you read the manual it’s very easy to use. TURN ON CAMERA; CLICK AND SHARE : SIMPLE!!
Remote control works well. There was no issue connecting my camera with my phone through iSmart DV software. I clicked photos remotely with my phone. Camera can be placed anywhere under the range and the photos/videos can easily be observed on phone; so it’s really handy for travelers and hikers who loves to take awesome photos.
When I bought this camera I was expecting the picture quality to be good enough but I got suprised with the picture quality which is awesome ( can be seen on my review ) for a camera within this price range.
Really satisfied with the product and would like to recommend for those who loves to take photos while performing recreational activity.
I liked how lightweight this camera was, so far it has mainly been used on duck hunts and when you are sitting out over , or in the water you don't want a lot of needless weight. It is very easy to use, there are only 4 buttons on the camera and the on screen menus are easy to navigate. The fact that it comes with two batteries is nice so that when the one runs out you aren't out of luck trying to get it charged out on the river, you can just switch it out and your good to go. The action remote makes operation easy and seamless especially when the camera is at a distance or in the case. The fact is that this action camera is VALUE FOR MONEY!Best GoPro alternative for the price hands down!
I really love it! The action camera came with plenty of accessories, which are very useful. I've tested only some of them but I could say you can use while you driving, riding a bicycle, walking, trekking (in your hat), very very useful and worth money. I highly recommend if you love sports, and plus the camera is waterproof, which is awesome.
In summary, I would say it is a great product for the price. Excellent value and worked as expected. I recorded a video while driving, very easy to use, to stop recording, to change for camera option...etc. Very economical product satisfactory performance.
Before I bought this, I don't have much expectation of a 80 aud camera, but to my surprise, it is of good quality images and video. It come with 2 batteries and a lot of accessories for bicycles, tripods, helmet or even clothes. It is pretty lightweight and also comes with a waterproof case which I did not have a chance to use. I tired its video mode on driving , the video quality is pretty good and see the details of other objects, sounds quality is also good. I tried also the photo mode to take some photos of text, which could show the text clearly. It is supplied also with an easy to use remote control. Overall, this is a good camera for its price. Thank you Amazon.
I am very impressed with the size of the camera and all the attachments that it comes with. I am currently using the handlebar mount on my mountain bike which works really well but there are heaps of other attachments so you can place it anywhere. For the price it is a really good camera, takes good footage. Each battery lasts me about 30-40 minutes and it comes with 2 batteries so I can film between 60-80 minutes before I have to charge the batteries I am very happy with it and I have a lot of adventures planned to use it on.
After my last ski trip with friends and their action cam, I made provisions for this year and got my own. I would like to get a relatively cheap Action Cam with remote control and My choice fell on the APEMAM A77 After unpacking I immediately noticed the variety of accessories that were included in the package. That's really great. I also noticed that the cam is very well made and the waterproof case feels very high quality and stable. As I am cycling a lot this APEMAN cam will surely be my constant companion. Photos are sufficiently of the quality, and can easily be transferred from the memory card (sandisk 32 10+) on the PC. There are many video resolutions but only 2 were really important to me. The 4k 25FPS and 1080p 60FPS are my favorites.Of course, 1080p in 60 FPS is best App: Through the integrated WiFi, the cam works with an app. So you have z.b. a live view, can watch pictures and videos on the phone and transfer and even start videos and make settings. If there are problems with pairing just turn off the mobile data. My conclusion. For this equipment price performance ratio I can only give 5 stars.
Setup was easy, the menu is a bit fiddly I get confused which button does what. After using it for a few months I'm used to it now, you don't really have to change any settings once it's setup for how you want to record. The accessories are great, many to choose from, plus it has 2 batteries which is great. Overall I think it's good value for money.
