It also has a night mode that adjusts the screen light for sleeping, as well as monitoring the quality of your sleep. It tracks your heart rate, steps, distances and calories burnt. You can even set it so that it vibrates to remind you that you have been inactive for a period of time. I love how this fitness tracker has inspired my friend to loose his excess kg's, as he now has his own personal bests to beat.
