As someone who has experienced anxiety and depression myself, after reading your book yesterday, you inspired me to actually wake up this morning and go for an early morning jog (I have been threatening to do this for some time now)….. As I am quite unfit, having been that couch potato for so long, it was definitely a struggle, but I did it… and I want to keep doing it, it was actually a great way to start my day.
