Addictive and thrilling

If you haven't read any of Fiona Barton's books, then you are in for a treat! I personally would recommend reading them in order of publication- whilst there are separate story lines in each book, there is some character cross over that shows the evolution of their relationships and explains some of the decision making.
Having said that, this was an absolutely compelling and addictive read. I was intrigued from the start, the disappearance of two 18 year olds on what should be the holiday of a lifetime and the efforts to find them and work out exactly what has happened. The descriptions of busy Asian streets takes you on a very real journey into the nightmare these families are facing.
