I loved the simple and direct way that Dr. Jason Fung approaches his topic. It is true that lifestyle can reverse Type 2 Diabetes. But one's progress can be easily halted by someone who is passionate about a different approach. All the more reason to grasp the cause and the cure. The author provides the evidenced-based logic that will solidify advocates of fasting and keto. I strongly recommend this book to anyone who has started their own journey down this path.
This book is easily readable and contains a wealth of information written in an easy to read and often funny way. Dr Jason Fung is committed to helping people reverse T2 Diabetes and improve their health generally.
Day1 : Great read and enjoyable audible book. Excellent explanation for both the diet novice and advanced dietitian specialist. I am so happy that I stumbled on to this book. I was despairing of trying to find what to do to loss weight and lower my blood sugar levels and had just started taking Metformin. Easing into longer fasts, having miso soup, broths etc. I highly recommend the book.
