I found myself a few times wondering aloud "is this author really a psychiatrist?" as certain concepts seemed to surprise him throughout the book. I like the Dalai Lama but this watered-down interpretation was a lot more boring than I expected. I suspect I am not the target audience for this book. It probably works well as an introduction to psychology and spirituality.
Absolutely amazing read. This is a book that I've had for years and every-time I read it I take something new out of it each time, it truly is a handbook for living a happy life. I would recommend this book to every family member, firend or anybody even slightly interested in transforming themselves.
This book should be in schools all around the world. Not just to read but to understand. Our new generations would have a guide on how best to bring about a peaceful loving caring compassionate and happy earth.
