can't take it to travel with
Reviewed in Australia on 6 February 2019
Randomly it flashes red light and won't start unless I put it back onto the charge stand to 'activate' it.
It happened on the first day of arrival which I didn't care too much then it happened again when I stayed over a friend's house a month later but luckily they use oral-b too so I still had a charge stand to 'remind it', it's a fully charged toothbrush.
another 2 weeks later, it happened again this morning, so I called the customer service line, it didn't take too much effort to get a refund and I was advised to keep the item as it's a personal hygienic product.
So I think amazon's customer service is very good but this product... anyway I still need to keep looking for a toothbrush which I can take to travel with.
