Over the last few moths I've read quite a few gut health related books with this one easily being the best. I found that it didn't just regurgitate the obvious facts like 'eat grass fed non processed foods' and advise you about all the diseases linked to bad lifestyle. It was written in away that helped the average person understand gut health better and in more explaining exactly why the body reacts to the food its given.
