Well-made, heavy duty, full body exercise resistance bands!

I’m extremely happy with this set of workout resistance bands! If you're short on cash or don't have enough space to set up weight lifting equipment, this is a good alternative. They’ve been wonderful for stretching and provide me a way to change up the exercise routines regularly without becoming boring! What I like the most about this set is I can exercise my whole body, and easily adjust the levels of tension depending on what part of my body I want to work out! The five different bands are clearly marked to show lightest to greatest resistance, from 10 to 40 lbs resistance, and can also be combined together to create an even greater challenge to work with. The grips are cushiony and large, comfortable to use and slip proof! And the bands are made with a very flexible, durable latex, instead of rubber, which is another plus. I found the ankle straps and door anchor are large and very easy to use, and really like the large clip that comes with the set! The entire collection is very lightweight and packs up easily and nicely into the storage bag that’s provided! Feels good to have something like this where I can bring to the living room while watching something or just working out while I'm cooking. In fact, this is good to keep around to compliment the stuff you have at home.

There's a funny plastic-like smell when the bands are stretched. I cannot keep them in my bedroom over-night due to it. Otherwise, very good durability and can provide an effective workout.

I got this as a gift for my boyfriend for Christmas, along with the smaller closed loop resistance bands. He prefers these ones due to their length and it makes its easier to do longer stretches. The bands are great for small exercises and stretching in between gym sessions and are really easy to use. They're also really great value for money if you're looking for a cheaper alternative.

I've been looking for a fitness product that would help me target every muscle group without having to give up an enormous amount of money. This is not only affordable but it also is very effective in hitting all of your fitness goals! I've used them for a while, they are well-made, sturdy, and come with a carry bag, when my training done, just simply put them back in the bag, save space and working great, Now I don't need to spend extra time to take bus to the gym room anymore.

For the money, you are getting a lot of kit. However, on the rational side, you cannot expect a very high quality. I would recommend it for a beginner to try before spending too much on a pro kit. So, the stars are more for value for money than a quality review. The kit will serve its purpose, and later on you can upgrade to gym quality products.

I work in an office environment and these bands are perfect to keep around my workplace as a way to add variation to stretching and moving about throughout the day. There's a good mixture of resistances to suit mine (as well as my colleagues) to keep as from becoming too sedentary. The pouch is also great for keeping everything tidy when they're not being used.

Can't recommend enough for how little space they take and just how much use a simple resistance band can give. Love them.

Firstly, the Fitlife customer service team were great, there was a small hiccup with my order, but it was quickly resolved.

As for the product itself, the bands are durable, come complete with everything you need and are definitely worth the money.
