Another sweet story by Bella Andre with lots of feel goods and emotions. This is book 3 in the Morrison series and while I’ll admit I’ve enjoyed this series I’ve not LOVED it as much as The Sullivan’s. Bella has released them sporadically since 2014 so it’s been hard to keep the momentum going and we also see a lot of changes and growth between the chapters between the books. That being said ‘Love me like this’ is my favourite by far and can be read as a standalone.
Not quite a second chance romance, this is Justin Morrison’s story. Justin and Taylor were close friends in college who’d crushed on each other but never acted on it because she had a long distance boyfriend. Time and circumstance got in the way as Justin had gone to Germany to run a cancer research lab, and Taylor had inherited a house from her grandfather in the wine country area of California where she now owned and operated an Inn.
When Justin comes home for his brother’s wedding, (Justin’s rock star brother Drew Morrison and Ashley from book 2 ‘Tempt Me Like This’), Justin's siblings have heard about the B&B Taylor has turned her house into & try and hook up Taylor and Justin by having him spend time at the Inn before the wedding...
Seeing each other for the first time in years is like a lightening bolt and the two are drawn to each other again. This time there is no boyfriend... but there is something much worse - Taylor has a secret—things have changed her, Justin and Taylor have quite a fight ahead of them to stay together.
This story is them finding a way to work through Taylor’s challenges to find their happily ever after. It can be read as a stand-alone easily, but it is book 3 in The Morrison’s series (with appearances by some of the Sullivan’s) and they’re all good romances as only Bella can do so definitely worth reading. I am a verified purchaser in Australia
Another beautiful Morris story full of emotion and a great love . Justin Morrison who has come home for his brothers wedding and is puzzled why his family has booked him into a B and b in the Napa valley then discovers it is owned and run by Taylor Cardenes whom he fell in love with 8 years ago.
Taylor has a serious medical problem that she has been keeping secret so can she and Justin rekindle what they had before and solve their problems. The answer is to read the book which you will not be able to put down.
This has been a story of mixed emotions. As always the characters are strong but loving and makes us all want to be a part of a family like the Morrisons. Bella Andre has a way of bringing us into the story and making us feel welcome. The addition of a life threatening illness adds to the emotional impact and the way it has been handled shows understanding of how this situation might play out in reality. I love coming home to one of Bella Andre’s Books.
