We like that it's easy to drink and tastes not too bad...not wonderful...but still good. It's a lot better than other products, for sure! Drinking it down quickly ensures that it doesn't have time to start getting thick and harder to swallow. Container is a good size. Easy to store. Make sure to clean the glass quickly, though, as the leftover liquid will get thicker and harder to remove.
You can set yourself challenges. While normal people do something modest and sensible such as take one spoon with their morning grapefruit juice or skim latte, I like to really triple down and Go Whole Hog.
This one is the Baseball Bat Challenge --> Two spoon for the Morning, then one Lunch and Dinner. By the next day you'll have the grip of a titan encircling your colon... the glorious rush of an elimination that SCOURS your bowls will bring literal tears to your eyes. You'll sit, in semi-stunned quietude, while you contemplate the totality of your experience.
The next challenge is ---> Last Nights Corn. You can do carrots too. For this, take a spoon or three right after dinner. Mexican Tacos with lashings of corn, or a healthy salad with julienned carrots. Test to see if you can get those viscera pumping and get it all processed in less than 24 hours!
Last challenge is The Weekend In --> If you want to be really brave and can spend "the weekend in", Try a combo of Baseball Challenge with a spoon of Epsom Salts. This one REALLY stirs the action! You will, I absolutely guarantee, never be so thoroughly cleaned as this dire combo. Forget your mint teas and namby-pamby new age drinks to "detox".... The Weekend In will utterly cleanse you in a life changing rush you will never forget.
