Use of the term "oscillate" to describe the action of the brush was misleading. We are all used to the oscillation with electric toothbrushes. This was not even that. It was just vibration and wasn't much, at all. For a man's rough skin, I needed more movement of the brush. With this one, I had to move it vigorously around my face to feel any effect from the brush. If that's the case, why pay so much for a gadget, when I'm doing all the work, anyway ?
I enjoyed using this to wash my face once every few days. It doesn't exfoliate the skin, just (apparently) pushes water into the pores for a deeper. I hoped it would help clear the black heads on my nose, but it didn't.
After 2.4 years the battery only lasts 2 uses between charging - pretty disappointing given the price, the 2 year warranty on the product and the fact that I only used it every few days. Clarisonic won't provide assistance with this issue.
Purchased for the bearded among us, and he loves this with all the intensity of the urban metrosexual. Apparently dry skin under beards is a hard problem to tackle with topical scrubs and lotions, but this handy device is the solution.
