Like the hat, but the hat does not fit me

I like this hat.
But this hat is too small. It causes me a headache and leaves a visible imprint along my forehead where it presses into my skull.
I tried loosening the band. Even cut it. Tried undoing some stitched. No dice. It’s a tight fit. But I’ve a big head, possibly freakishly big I may concede. Especially if the large XL doesn’t fit.
I wish the made bigger
