I have moved from a Wahoo Heart Rate monitor and this thing is an absolute beast in comparison. Firstly the chest belt this comes with is much better quality, I guess you pay slightly more for the premium. It stays on at one place and does not move even after a heavy workout. I do a lot of HIIT training so having a chest strap really helps in that regards.
The monitor itself is amazing in terms of maintaining connection to whatever it is connected to. I use it with a Garmin Fenix 5X watch, but this can easily connect to your phone through the polar app and a bluetooth connection. Would definitely recommend others to try this monitor on.
H10 is very comfortable to wear. It monitors my heart rate and training (Walking / Jogging) very accurately. Software presents all aspects of training with great detail during training and after. Initially tried budget watch type unit which was very inaccurate and unreliable. Chest monitor is far better. I am over 77 so accuracy of heart rate is extremely important for me.
The polar H10 Monitor is very comfortable to wear for a chest strap heart rate monitor, and highly accurate. It’s way more accurate then my other wrist HR monitor when I’m really pushing myself - that’s exactly when I need my heart rate monitor to be accurate. Online training tools and software let you review what happened, and what you can improve on.
