Based on factual material and an interesting read. Not sure on the use of a AK 47 at 1500 yards though - that would be some shot even for a qualified sniper. The plot was plausible and the characterisation in keeping with the story. Pity he didn't get the girl though. I found the list of the reference material used in the story interesting and makes one realise how stupid and complacent those in the higher echelon can become, hamstrung by their own legislation and naivety. I look forward to more stories of Robert Garcia.
A believable storyline without a superhero main character. The thin line between lawful and unlawful killing is explored as a political concept, rather than a black and white fact. Recommended as a good read for those that see the rise of Islamic extremism as a real threat to the unprepared west.
Picked This Up On A Deal For My Kindle So I Cant Complain Too Much. There Were A Few Instances When I was A Little disappointed, Like The Time When The Main character Is accurately hitting all of his targets At 1500m With An AK47!!?? This is Well Beyond The maximum Effective Range Of The Weapon. There were a few other things like that, but I persevered And It Was An Ok Read For 99c Price Tag.
