Good hat for walking

I use this hat for walking in the Australian heat. The wide brim protects my neck. The chin strap has proven very useful in wind gusts as I walk around the urban environment. The hat can be folded away and stored in a backpack when I enter buildings. The air flow through the sides of the crown does alleviate some of the sweating.

I use this almost daily now its summer. I purchased for hiking but also use when i go to the beach with my 3yr old. the salt water doesn't seem to wet it though i'm not trying to go underwater with it just get smashed by waves occasionally. For the price its much better than any other hat I have seen. Oh and Also im a big bloke with a big head and its perfect fit for me. Usually most hats are tight around my big skull (:
