Wi-Fi keeps disconnecting. Screen freezes a lot. Camera lost the outer lense. I think this phone was refurbished and sold like new. Very cheap quality. Don't recomend it at all it's a waste of your hard earn money.
The screen in the product was quickly broken less than a couple of months after I bought. The seller did not pay attention to giving service to fix. Even if I mentioned that there is none of Sony service where I am living.
This phone is NOT unlocked -- at least not the one I received -- nor is it new. Looks brand-new but has a number in the phonebook of someone in Philadelphia. (The rest of the numbers are Spanish-language emergency numbers.) It certainly looks new, and idiot that I am, I will keep trying to get it unlocked before I return it.
Sony rejected warranty support as the device I bought is imported from Mexico and warranty is only valid in Mexico though seller shows "US warranty". The seller only says "I purchased the device in U.S. and the US warranty should be valid" without showing any evidences. After having multiple negotiation with seller, all I can get as support is the word "I purchased the device in U.S.". No appropriate support from seller and there is fact that I cannot get the valid U.S. warranty support from Sony. Finally Amazon issued the refund even though the return period is over as they truly understood the situation that I cannot get appropriate support from seller.
