This is a 'technical' book, if you're a curious yoga student and would like to know more about asana safety, you'll enjoy the read. Perfect for student yoga teachers. Also this book is not instructing you to do a particular asana having in mind a goal you may strive to achieve; such as, thus asana is helpful for weight loss, this one is for relaxation, etc. Instead you'll find out how to protect your knees in a Chair pose, for example. This book is like a collection of answers to many common questions that yoga students woukd like to ask their teacher after the class.
