I read this book in a span of a few days - but I know for a fact that I will re-read this in the future. The knowledge in this book is so simple yet powerful - it is a learning you can carry with your for life. You can take as much or as little from the book - but no matter what you gain - you will be a better person for it.
The first couple of chapters from the book are extracts from his talks given elsewhere - which is why I felt a bit distracted but once you get on to part 2, you'll realise that the content is fresh and well worth the time and effort taken to read it. Part 2 also has practical tips to incorporate in daily life - an added bonus because these actually assist in understanding his teachings along with benefiting the mind & body as they are designed to do so.
This book is a keeper. I'm truly glad I read this.
