To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
I really liked this laptop for its light weight, perfect for running presentations. But after 11 months, the letter D and the lower row of keys completely stopped functioning. Had to use an external keyboard (and change my startup password to avoid the letters zxcvbnm). But it was so cheap, I just bought another laptop. Great if you just need a cheap, low-used travel laptop for a few months. But don't depend on it for long term or heavy duty. All in all, worth the price...until it wasn't.
Keyboard sucks. The screen is tiny. It moves slow even after you’ve installed a 64GB SD card. Trackpad sucks too. I attached an external mouse and keyboard for my son to use it. He just wanted it for the color.
I bought this laptop just about 3 years ago in hopes i would be getting a good quality and long last product but sometime last year the system crashed. I had someone take a look at it and reset it but it was no use. I know have to look fot another product as this one is no longer able to be used as it has a mind if its own and freezes, presses keys i never pressed and deletes files. Unless i receive some assistance i really don't think i will be repurchasing this lenovo brand again, my laptop is useless.
This laptop served much more than promised, the only con would be the quality. It's very fragile, and slipped off the side of the couch. Now half the screen isn't there. I now hook it up through the TV, where I can use the PC part of the computer. I use the computer as a tuning device holder for my car.
The spacebar broke off within a week. Now I have a computer that works well otherwise...just no spacebar. It would cost half as much as the computer to fix that one bar. The size and color of the computer are great though, and it works for the size and price.
