This is the best self help book I've ever read. The author is straight to the point, empowering and practical, covering the issue of food addiction from all angles. It also doesn't force you to try any particular eating plan, you are free to apply the techniques to any type of diet that suits you. I can't rave enough about this truly life changing book. The one thing I do have to say is you need to have an open mind because it's definitely a very unique theory, but it works.
