As it isn't emphasised in the marketing material, readers should know that while this book provides some practical tips, a large part of it is based on techniques like affirmations and visualisations, which have had mixed results in actual trials. Doing these tips would likely help because of the more evidence-based ones intermingled, but some of them could probably be replaced productively with a few minutes' extra sleep -- your mileage (and again, experimental results) may vary regarding the author's claim that sleeping less has no effect.
