To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyses reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Logitech mice are normally a quality product but for some reason this one will just randomly decide to lag on picking up the wireless signal when there's literally nothing between it and the 1 1/2 feet to the USB receiver. also as others have stated you cannot return this product.
I used many Logitech mice, and when my most recent Logitech mouse died this week I ordered another. It arrived the next day, but it doesn't work. The on-off switch refuses to move. So the mouse lies on my desk insert. I tried just now to return it to Amazon, but learned that it is illegal to ship such electronic item. (If this is so how was it shipped to me?) As directed, I went to a chat room to solve my problem. But it, now in Beta test, doesn't work either. I was directed to select the product I was inquiring about and clicked on an image of the mouse. Once again I was directed to select the product and the same image emerged on the screen in a minute or so I had six images of the mouse on my screen, but could go no further in this chat room. Obviously the Beta test version needs more work. So I'm stuck with a mouse that doesn't work. That can't be returned. Or replaced. And all this annoyance over a mouse that cost only $14.96! I wanted to complain to a human being at Amazon about this issue, but haven't yet found a way to do so. No matter what happens I'll never buy a Logitech product again.
Been using this model mouse for many many years. I have two in current use and bought a backup in case something happens to them. Seems like whenever I find a good product, it gets discontinued shortly thereafter and replaced with a cheaper/less functional/poorly made/generally worse product.
