Interesting book to read, I was diagnosed with auto immune and Ménière's disease. So I decided to try replacing foods, in the past I was a vegetarian, but loved my bread and fruits and ate far to many of them. I came across this book, which I found easy to follow with great recipes. I'm only a couple of weeks in but already I feel a difference, especially with energy as in the past I was diagnosed with CFS. Combined the recipes in this book with yoga and meditation, things are looking better.
