Nowhere near as good as the other books in the Play-by-Play series. The plot was thin, to say the least. Started off OK, but the 'conflict' created by Harmony being the sister of Barrett's over-protective best friend wasn't nearly enough to sustain the whole book. It needed a much more interesting plot. And where was the character development? The characters were pretty forgettable actually, even Barrett who we've met in previous books. Overall the book was shallow and at times a bit boring. I made myself finish it, but doubt I'll ever read it again. If you haven't read any of this series before, I'd choose one of the earlier books and give this one a miss. Let's hope the next one (presumably Flynn's story) is back to Ms Burton's earlier form.
