DOUBLE DARE...PRETTY GOOD!

***I try to write an honest review and offer pros and cons as requested by authors***
I needed another shot of cheeky, sexy fun, so I pulled up my next R L Mathewson Neighbour from Hell book.
I liked the characters Darrin and Marybeth very much and their storyline started in a cute fashion as seven-year-olds, when Darrin decided he would marry her at first sight. Much later, as adults Darrin pursues Marybeth in slightly different circumstances to how the other Bradford boy scenarios began (surprisingly), but no spoiler, sorry. Darrin's a bit more 'normal' than the other men and he's more low keyed - very desirable, really. Beautiful Marybeth can't commit as she has a secret. There's a lot of funny moments, such as, Darrin and the gay guy as well as the usual Bradford-boys muck ups and parental interference.
What was not so good was, this book overlapped The Game Plan, so some of the scenes had already played out, but this time it was told through Darrin and Marybeth's viewpoint. I also think the NFH scenario is getting a little teeny bit tired, if I'm honest. However, I will still download Christmas from Hell for my next light read. Yeh, I know, but I like them!
