This is a lovely Regency romance. Ran & Min are both ahead of their time and suit one another perfectly. It's well written and well edited. If you are into erotica this is not for you, but if, like me, you get to the point of flicking through all the pointless sex scenes then sit back and enjoy! It's nice to be able to say that this book is suitable for all ages.
For three years, Min Bradshaw, invalid chair designer in the factory owned by her male relatives – but made successful by her own brilliant designs and refinements – has remembered the handsome guardsman who courted her for her fortune. She certainly never expected him to appear in her workshop, now calling himself Viscount Avery, and she certainly doesn’t intend to let him fool her again.
This was great fun, a very well executed Regency romance. Charming characters, engaging plot, witty repartee, sparkling humour, a little pathos, tingling romantic moments – what more could one want in this delightful confection?
