Great book on the art of taking action, been searching for a book that shares methods on not only thinking and talking but the crucial art of taking action, mastering procrastination. This book provides extensive principles and ways to step up and put your self into motion. Highly recommend this read to anyone looking to break out of their comfort zone, looking to make it happen in what ever area of their life they are willing to grow in.
I have read and re-read this book several times; the latest while on holiday in Mexico. I think the basic principal is to realise that thought and feeling is not action and that action in itself is the key to improving the former two.
