Work great. Cheap and just what I needed to prevent having to use the not so great airline over ears headphones.

Will NOT connect to windows 10 (unless it is the sole device)

Delivered yesterday.
Sound quality is good. Noise cancelling is OK. Problem is that it won't connect to windows 10. (It will pair but will not connect UNLESS it is the only paired device)
I paired my Samsung S7 phone and a windows 10 laptop. Now, the product can connect to two devices simultaneously as per manufacturer's claim. But this is simply not working. It connects to my phone . That's all ; It would not connect to my windows 10 laptop. It just remains 'paired'.
I am trawling the internet and found many users complaining about the same issue. I am not prepared to buy an external bluetooth dongle as suggested in some forum.
I will post below if I found a solution.

Used them for a flight on Singapore Airlines. Plugs into seat rest, the plugged headphones into this.
