The book provides good insights into mitigating common mistakes made by investors (and the author herself). However there are instances which the author talks about a mistake she had made and was able to work through the issue with a help of her mentor. These solutions were not discussed which may have provided more depth. It also feel as though it was set up this way to promote and entice investors into a mentoring program. That said, this is a fantastic read and has valuable infomation for property investors.
I have read a number of get rich through property books, and I like this one because it is relevant to today's Australian market and contains ( At least) 57 things to avoid and how to o overcome them....now just need to check out the mentoring course. There are a few mentoring courses but the quality of the book gives me hope that the authors teaching will also be good.
Thank for so many great easy to use tips. After reading your book I think I was heading for about 20 of your mistakes that would have cost me money for sure. I am so glad I got hold of this book. I'm certainly going to tell my friends about it.
Wow, just reading the introduction and the first two mistakes, I am hooked. Very well written, this author gives some brilliant advice, and I can't wait to read the rest of this book. Definitely one I'll be recommending to my friends. Definitely a 5 star book.
I read a lot of property books and often they contain the same old recycled advice. This book is different - it has loads of great case studies and examples to show you how each decision could impact you in practice, which is much more helpful than plain "theory". I have sadly already discovered a few mistakes I wish I could take back! Definitely recommended to those who want to get ahead in property.
This book contains many valuable lessons, particularly for beginners who would rather learn from other people's mistakes than make them themselves. Highly recommended, even for those with some or a lot of investing experience that could benefit from a few reminders.
