Great resource for trust planning and establishment.

Great source of information when looking to establish a trust in Australia. This provided me with the knowledge and understanding to have a far more productive meeting with the solicitor when going through the details of the trust deed to suit my circumstances. There are very few decent publications on trusts in Australia and I highly recommend this to anyone considering a trust structure. Whether for asset protection or succession planning, this book guides you through the various options. I would like to see updated and revised versions continue to be published into the future.
